Warranty period: 2 years from the date of purchase Even if the warranty period has expired, we offer a semi-permanent repair warranty, but this will be at extra cost. Please contact your retailer or the contact details listed below to request repairs.

In accordance with the warranty provisions below, we will repair or replace the product free of charge if a defect occurs.
The cost of removing and installing the product is not included in the warranty.
*If repairs are required, please be aware that it will take some time to complete the repairs as the product will have to be returned to the factory where it was made.
The warranty period begins from your date of purchase.
Please keep records such as receipts that prove your purchase date.
If you do not have a record to prove your purchase date, we will use the serial number to determine if your product is still within the warranty period.
Please note that the warranty period is calculated based on the date of shipment from the factory, so there may be a difference between this and the actual purchase date, and the product may be outside the warranty period.
*As stated in the "Items Not Covered by the Warranty" below, if the product is installed or handled in a manner other than that described in the manual, it may not be covered by the warranty. Please have the product installed at your retail store. - The following cases are not covered by the warranty even if they are within the validity period:

- Damage caused by non-normal use
- - Damage caused by damage to the internal circuit board due to the use of cables other than those specified by our company
- - Physical damage caused by dropping or impacting
- - Damage during transportation, damage during installation, accidents, modifications or unauthorized repairs, corrosion due to aging, products with altered serial numbers, failures due to overvoltage, vandalism, or damage caused by poor maintenance
- - Damage to the product caused by water intrusion or submersion due to the device being deemed opened, or weather conditions such as natural disasters, lightning, or floods
- The product does not match the description in the warranty
- No damaged items
- Anything that has been modified, repaired or disassembled outside our factory
- Damage determined to be due to improper care
We will not reissue warranty cards, so please keep them in a safe place. Personal information entrusted to us by customers will be kept safe in accordance with our company regulations.
